Abstract

TSH obtained from the plasma of mice with functional pituitary tumors was studied by percolation, electrophoresis, gel filtx-ation and density gradient centrifugation. The TSH in plasma from animals bearing transplantable TSH-secreting tumors (TtT) of the pituitary gland was found to behave similarly to the TSH isolated from the functional pituitary tumors.(Endocrinology 77: 745, 1965)
