In the article "Insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I) and long R3IGF-I differently affect development and messenger ribonucleic acid abundance for IGF-binding proteins and type I IGF receptors in in vitro produced bovine embryos" by K. Prelle et al. (Endocrinology 142:1309–1316, 2001), there is an error on page 1311 in the appearance of a formula. In the sentence below, -CT[I] should have appeared in superscript in the original printed article, and it has been corrected as follows: Relative mRNA expression for each gene of interest (I) was calculated using the formula: (1 + E[I])-CT[I]/(1 + E[GAPDH])-CT[GAPDH] \.
