In the experiment (A), pregnant rats were treated once with TCDD (1 µg/kg) at GD15, and pups born from the dams were examined at postnatal d 7. In experiment B, rats aged 44 d were treated with 1 µg/kg TCDD, and their testes were examined 5 d after treatment. Each lane shows the StAR mRNA expression in the newborn pups from different dams or different pubertal rats (each lane contained a sample from a newborn pup or a pubertal rat).
