• Supplemental Figure S4 - Dispersed pituitary cells from rGHpCre+/-,Z/AP+/- mice immuno-stained using antibodies directed against GH (red) combined with an antibody directed against human placental alkaline phosphatase (hPLAP; green). Cell nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue). Images were obtained and processed using a Zeiss AxioPlan 2 fluorescence microscope with Axio Vision 4.3 software. The closed arrow indicates a GH immuno- positive cell negative for hPLAP, while the open arrow indicates a hPLAP immuno- positive cell negative for GH.
