Dashed lines indicate gaps and numbers refer the nucleotide sequence of WT-LGR7. The multiple alignment was performed by ClustralW web tool (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/clustalw/).
• Supplemental Figure 2 - The alignment of the amino acid sequences for WT-LGR7 and the splice variants (LGR7-C, LGR7-D and LGR7-F). The deduced amino acid sequences of WT-LGR7 and three splice variants are shown, starting with the initial methionine residue. Shift in the open reading frames resulted in novel amino acid sequences after the alternative splicing sites not present in the WT-LGR7, indicated by bold letters. Positions of the signal sequence, the LDL-A module, leucine-rich repeats (LRRs) and transmembrane domains (TMs) indicated by lines. The multiple alignment was performed by ClustralW web tool (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/clustalw/).
