• Supplemental Figure S1 - Toll-like receptor 4 (Tlr4) and the response to A-subunit-Ad immunization. The C3H/He and B10ScN strains have a defective Tlr4 gene (indicated by ‘def’). The wild-type controls for these two strains are C3He/Ou and B10, respectively. Data are shown for individual mice after two immunizations with Con-Ad (n=4 per strain) or Ad-A-subunit (n=6 per strain). Preimmunization sera were obtained to provide base-line levels.
